Thank You for your desire to lead a Life Group at Horizon Community Church!

STEP 1:

Please fill out the application using the button below. After submitting your application, return to this page to complete steps.

STEP 2:

After submitting your application, please complete the following online training. Just watch the three videos below and answer the follow-up questions. This normally takes about 30 minutes.

STEP 3:

Once you have been approved by our Life Group leadership, you will need to fill out one last form that will help us get all your info into our Life Groups database.

Download the Church Center App and watch the 10 minute training video and read the related article.

STEP 5:

Once your group is approved personally invite 5-10 people to your Life Group.
