About Roger

Born in Western Samoa, Roger began following Jesus with his whole heart as a college senior at Oregon State where he was captain of the football team (Go Beavs!). In spite of his athletic successes, Roger says his greatest accomplishment at OSU was winning his wife Kimberly’s heart. Roger and Kimberly married in 1986. They have 4 grown children and 6 beautiful grand-babies. The Levasa’s joined Horizon Community Church in 1996 and Roger our Pastoral Team in 2001. Roger currently serves as the Pastor-at-Large and Development Director.. You can find Roger at any place where good coffee and pastries are served.
