About Luis

Pastor Luis was born and raised in Southeast San Diego. Where he met his beautiful wife Uleilia at sixteen while attending a Youth Camp. They got married in September of 2018 and moved up to Oregon the following month. That October is where they first started attending Horizon and have been serving here since. Luis and Uleilia have one son, Luis III. Luis enjoys Anime, MMA, and spending time with his family. He hopes to see the Los Angeles Chargers go to the Super Bowl one day!
