Life Groups have a dual purpose: to bring people together and to grow in faith. We believe God created us to live in relationship with others so that we can grow in our faith, receive care in life’s ups and downs, and serve others. Connection is part of our design, but meaningful relationships aren’t always easy to find. That’s why Life Groups exist—to make these life-changing connections relevant and accessible to you. Life Groups meet at all different times, days, and locations and there are many different groups to choose from.
Leading a Life Group isn’t about being perfect; it’s about investing in others by giving them a place to connect, grow, and serve. Leading a group is simple—choose a type of group and select a time and location to meet. We’ll resource you with the tools to make your Life Group a success through Leader Training and a locator where you can list your group so others can find it. We believe people’s lives are changed one season at a time, and as a Life Group leader, you get to play a vital role in that process.

Horizon offers numerous resources to help you grow in your faith. We have also begun to develop a resource library to help groups looking to dive into a guided book discussion. No matter what stage of life or faith you are in, there’s something for you.
Each week during the Life Group season you can use the Life Group discussion guide to prepare to discuss the week’s sermon.
